EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Tickets may be exchanged 48 hours in advance for another performance. No refunds when exchanging to a less expensive seat/show. Original tickets required to make exchanges. You may bring them in person, or mail to: 59 South 100 West, Logan, UT 84321. Exchanges for series tickets are free; $2 for single tickets. Exchanges are subject to availability and additional charges may apply for higher-priced seats. No exchanges or turn-backs if performance time has passed.
CANNOT USE OR EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS?
Don't worry, your tickets can be turned into the UFOMT Box Office no later than 48 hours before the day of the performance for a tax-deductible contribution.
LATE SEATING POLICY
In consideration of patrons already seated in the theatre, latecomers or persons leaving the auditorium will not be seated until an appropriate scene change or intermission. When traveling to the performance, please allow ample time for traffic delays, road construction and parking.
PATRONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
The first level of the theatre is ADA compliant. Please call the Box Office 48 hours in advance to reserve wheelchair space. Arrive thirty minutes before curtain time to obtain assistance from the House Manager.
HEARING ENHANCEMENT DEVICES
Hearing devices are available free of charge at each performance on a first-come, first-served basis. Look for the sign in the Ellen Eccles Theatre lobby.
YOUNG CHILDREN
As a courtesy to other audience members, patrons are requested to ensure that children at performances do not become disruptive. Babes-in-arms and children under 5 are not allowed in the theatre during performances. All patrons regardless of age must have a ticket.
SCALPING
To guarantee your tickets are legitimate we recommend purchasing only from Utah Festival Opera & Musical Theatre or ArtTix. We do not guarantee any ticket sold through third party entities.
REPERTOIRE
All dates, casting, repertory and procedures are subject to changes without notice. All purchases are nonrefundable.
